Pain In The Neck Left Side

Some people often have neck stiffness and pain problem as soon as they wake up in the morning. The main reason for this is the stretch in the nerves and muscles of the neck. But the wrong way of getting up or sitting or the wrong sleeping position also increases the neck problem. Learn about some subtle postures

Right-Left Neck Bending

Tilting the neck right-left maintains a balance of mind.

Do this: Stand upright or sit on your knees and heels. During this time, both the paws will remain on one side and the hips on the other side. Keep the spine straight in both cases. Tilt the neck to the right first. After remaining in this position for some time, tilt the neck to the left. Bend the neck right-left for some time. Continue the process of breathing in and out. This can be repeated 5-6 times at a time.

Keep in mind: Those who have problems with back pain or stiffness, do not do it.

Shashankaasan

While doing this yoga, there is a stretch in the muscles around the neck from the spine to reduce pain.

Do this: Sit in the posture of Vajrasana and put your hips on the ankles. Breathing slowly, bring your hands up. Breathing out, bend the hands forward without turning until the head touches the ground. The hands and elbows touch the ground.  Come back to the initial state after some time.

Turning the neck round

This will practice the subtle muscles attached to the neck, which will give relief in stiffness and pain.

Do this: Stand upright or sit in the posture of Vajrasana.  Move the neck from back to front and back to front. Then move from right to left and left to right. After this, slowly rotate the neck 3-4 times. During this, keep breathing and exhaling normally.  Stay in this state for some time and get back to the initial stage.

Keep in mind

Those with spondylitis or who have a spinal problem should avoid doing it.
