Neck pain is a common problem. But if ignored for a long time, it can take serious forms. Neck pain can be caused by many reasons. For example, by sleeping continuously in the same direction, by turning the neck while sleeping, by pulling a vein or by bending the neck for hours. Neck pain is more common in people doing desk jobs. They keep working at the laptop or computer with their neck bowed for hours.
In this posture, the body has to be kept in a stable position on the ground. Lie straight on the ground. Place the hands on both sides of the body and open the legs slightly. This asana is performed at the end of all asanas and is the simplest asana. Let the body rest for 5 minutes in this position to give deep relaxation to the muscles and to itself.
Kneel down on the ground and put all the weight of the body on the ankles. Take a deep breath and lean forward. Your chest should touch the thighs and try to touch the floor with your forehead. Stay in this state for a few seconds and come back to that state. With this posture, not only the neck and back pain not only relaxes but also calms the mind. This asana provides a feeling of freshness by making the hips, thighs and calves flexible.
Marjari means cat. In this posture, our body becomes like a cat, so it is also called cat pose. Exhale during this asana and move your head down, rounding your spine like a hunch. Gently attach your chin to your neck. Doing this will give a light massage to your spine and abdomen. Also you will get relief from neck pain.
First of all, stand up straight. Bend the right leg knee and hold the right leg ankle backwards with the right hand. Now take a breath and lift the right leg backwards. Draw the soles of the feet backwards. Keep the right arm straight. Do not bend the knee of the left leg. Stay in this state for a few seconds and then return to the initial state. This posture not only makes the muscles flexible, but also makes you feel relaxed as well as relaxed.
This easy is also known as Cow pose. To do this, rest your feet and hands on the ground, your whole body should be straight. That is, with the help of your thighs, torso and hands, take the form of a table. Stay in this posture for a while. This asana strengthens the back as well as relieves neck pain.
